I love kale and I love smoothies! Going to have to try this one out! But I’ll probably omit the ice cubes and use a frozen banana like I usually do. Freezing my bananas has another perk too…no fruit flies!

So glad you enjoy smoothies too Audrey. Kale has become one of my favorites these days. I always forget to freeze the bananas - such a good ideas - but I should start doing that. Let me know how your smoothie turns out :)

Thanks Tahnee, looking forward to following you too! Always fun to meet others and share our adventures! This Kale smoothie is a sweet one so sneaking in the greens is actually easy because it doesn’t taste “greeny”. Let me know what you think when you guys try it.

Thanks Natasha for stopping by Krafts and Kiddos. Let me know if you end up adding Kale to a smoothie. I promise it’s not like it sounds… green tasting. This recipe has a dash of peanut butter so you get a sweeter flavor. I would love to come by and add my recipe to Say G’Day, thanks for letting me know. Enjoy your week!

Thanks Christina, I know you’ll like it especially if you’re looking for a different smoothie but something easy. Adding some peanut butter into the recipe gives it a nice sweet flavor, yum and enjoy!
