It’s Smoothie Saturday
Welcome to Smoothie Saturday! I’m so glad you joined me today I love sharing some of my favorite smoothies with you each week, and this week I have a great one - both moms and kids will enjoy.
If you’re anything like me, someone who’s always trying to find creative ways to sneak in some fruits or veggies for your kids, try this smoothie recipe as an easy fix. Trust me, when I say I have picky eaters, so whipping up these smoothies was great because my kids and I could both enjoy it. Whew, I got it right - I couldn’t be happier.
So let me share what’s on the menu for Smoothie Saturday
Banana Peach Smoothies
Ingredients
1 - Banana, sliced
1 Cup - Peaches (fresh or frozen)
1 Cup - Almond Milk
5 Ice cubes
Dash of Cinnamon
Now, just add all your ingredients into your blender, mix well and let yourself and kiddos enjoy a refreshing snack - a super delicious Banana Peach Smoothie.
So this recipe is kid tested and mother approved! Yep, it’s a great snack for the whole family to enjoy. Fresh ingredients, and happy kiddos - you can’t go wrong.

Thanks Laura. I started enjoying smoothies earlier this year. The thought of Kale was something I wasn’t quite sure about, but I add banana to a lot of my smoothies it gives it a sweeter taste. The Banana Peach is a perfect starter more on the sweet side. If you try it let me know what you think
This sounds really yummy! I love almond milk, it adds so much flavor to a recipe…especially a smoothie recipe.

Thanks Sami, I agree adding a little almond milk gives it just an extra sweetness without overdoing it. Sometimes I’ll use regular milk or water, but more likely almond milk. I think it’s become a favorite, here. I hope you enjoy your Banana Peach Smoothie!
